My Story:

I was so blessed to have met a wise and wonderful woman in my mid-twenties in a very trying and low-point in my life. I found myself anxiety ridden, unable to sleep, and fighting occasional panic attacks. After trying everything I could think of, I only felt more hopeless.

She helped me climb out of a hole I found myself desperately stuck in. She changed everything for me—she helped me get my life back. I stuck with her until I eventually found myself strong, embodied, brave, and taking leaps of faith beyond anything I could have imagined. I rose up, I overcame myself, I became what I needed to be. By simply following my own pattern of life, I watched all of my dreams come true by my early 30’s—I attribute this grand and joyous feat to what she pointed me to... My Best Self.

My Book of Life went from one of seeking and wondering what the heck the purpose of this life was, to one full of wonder, deep purpose, and dreams come true.

I found myself on fire with wanting to share what I had discovered with others. All I wanted was for others to taste the heaven on earth experience I was living. In attempting to do so, I have stumbled many times… but in doing so I discovered a brotherhood and sisterhood of individuals who are hungry to make the best out of what we have been given.

I invite you to look at yourself, really examine who and what you are and what you ought to become. I encourage you to dig deep and name the dreams and visions that have been planted within you. I hope to see you come alive, to birth the very essence of why you are here, to experience and live out the life that you once dreamed of.
